Meal Plan Monday

So I missed this one last week because our schedule was so crazy with Mike’s Birthday and all. We weren’t home most of the week. Anyhow, here’s the plan this week (Although the days on which we eat what may get shifted around since Mike just got his Umpiring schedule for the month.) I’m thinking I may take pics of each meal this week. We’ll see if I remember :)

Monday: Grilled Chicken over Strawberry Brie Salad w/ Poppyseed Dressing… MMMM Mmmm (Mike’s umpiring tonight… so I’ll save him a plate of left overs)

Tuesday: Bible Study night- so I’ll be making Ritz Cracker Chicken Tenders & Broccoli Cheese Soup (It’s my go-to meal when we don’t have a lot of time)

Wednesday: Casaer Chicken Kabobs (Marinated Overnight in Homemade Caesar Dressing- Aunt Kathy’s Recipe, of course) and on the side: Mojo Black Beans & Rice, and Caesar Salad (w/ the same Dressing).

Thursday: Nutramedix Bowling Night- we’ll probably be eating some munchies at the bowling alley…

Friday: Mike’s Umpiring again… so It’ll probably be a Left-Overs Night

Saturday: Penne a la Betsy- Trying this one out… Kathleen’s recommendation! Can’t wait!! :)

Sunday: Dan & Heather will be arriving w/ a U-Haul and all their belonging after a long treck down from Ohio- So I’ll be making dinner for them this night: Sesame Teriyaki London Broil (I made up a new marinade this past week and it turned out SO good that I’m doing it again!), Baked Potatoes, and Caesar Salad (When I make this dressing… we eat it all week long haha)
