Meal Plan
Mike & I are trying to eat healthy and hit up the gym before our vacation to Alabama at the end of the month. This week I am craving Lebanese/Middle Eastern food… mmm… hence all the garlic, lemon, tzatziki, hummus and pita.
Monday: I hadn’t gone grocery shopping yet, and met Mike at the gym after work so we split a Subway Sub for dinner.
Tuesday: Grilled Garlic-Lime Tilapia, Steamed Broccoli, and Lemon Rice Vermacelli.
Wednesday: Chicken Gyros with Homemade Pita Bread & Tzatziki and I may make some of my homemade hummus.
Thursday: Shish-ta-wook kabobs (grilled chicken kabobs marinated in yogurt, tom paste, garlic and lemon) served over Fattoush (a lebanese salad). I’ll post recipes once they are taste-test approved haha 🙂
Friday: Left Overs… or a night out 🙂
Saturday: heading to my aunt’s Lake house for a day of Wakeboarding / Skiing — we’ll probably have a grill out consisting of burgers!
