Turkey Bacon Mozzarella Melts

Growing up, my mom used to make this with Focaccia bread from a local pizza place.

Turkey Bacon Mozzarella Melts


1 Batch Herbed Focaccia Bread
3/4 lb Turkey breast (sliced thin)
10-12 slices of bacon (cooked nice and crispy)
2 TBS Mayonaisse (you can get fancy and garlic-herb infuse this... or you can go plain)
2-3 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese (freshly shredded)


Slice the Focaccia bread horizontally (to make what looks like to pieces to a very large sandwich). On the bottom half evenly distribute turkey, then bacon, then mozzarella cheese. Spread the Mayo on the top half of the Focaccia and then place on top of the fully-loaded bottom half. Bake in the oven at 350 for 20-30 minutes (until cheese is fully melted).
