Menu Plan Monday

The hubs’ sister is getting married on the 31st (less than 2 weeks aways)! So, Mike and I are trying to eat light and hit the gym hard until the big day (in hopes of losing a few lbs & firming up a bit)!
Our Meal Plan for the Week:
Monday: Mike & I are going to the gym right after work, and then he has to umpire.  He’ll be eating a Clif protein bar, however I don’t care much for protein bars of any kind. I need to get some grocery shopping done so i’ll just grab whats in the house for dinner. It will probably be a soup or cereal night. How gourmet… hah (Just keeping it real!)

Tuesday: Blackened Fish Tacos with Grilled Corn & Avacado Salsa

Wednesday: Grilled Chicken Fajitas

Thursday: Grilled Lemon Zested Kababs over Fattoush

Friday: Grilled Cajun Chicken with Grilled Asparagus and Baked Potatoes

Well hello summer… I just realized I had the word “grilled” in every meal plan this week. Apparently I’m on a grilling kick. hah
