Guanabanas Breakfast
Okay, so the Hubs and I ate breakfast yesterday at one of our favorite dinner spots, Guanabanas. It’s an all outdoor restaurant that specializes in seafood/island fair. It is AWESOME. They have incredible fish etc. The scenery is GORGEOUS. You feel like you are on vacation on a tropical Island. LOVE it. Anyhow, I had heard they have great breakfast, so we thought we would give it a go. Oh, boy am I glad we did.

However this one was over the top good! It had scrambled Eggs, Slow Roasted shredded Cuban Pork, Cheese, Salsa, Guacamole, and Sour Cream. It was KILLER (I had a bite… and then another… and then another hah).

I ordered the Waffle with Fresh Strawberries, Hot Brown Sugar Rum Syrup, and fresh Whipped Cream:
Wow. That’s all i can say. We loved this one SO much, that we recreated it this morning for breakfast!!
