Macadamia Nut Caramel Clusters

Ingredients:

Caramel
Semi Sweet or Milk Chocolate
Macadamia Nuts (may substitute Pecans or Peanuts)

Note: There are no exact measurements on the ingredients (it all depends on how many clusters you want to make!)

Directions:

Lay out parchment paper on a cookie sheet and place small clusters of 3 nuts about 2-3 inches apart. Melt the caramel in a microwave safe bowl (in short increments to ensure it doesn't burn) and place small spoonfuls on top of the nut clusters.

Next, melt the chocolate (also is short increments until melted) then spoon over the caramel. Gently smooth with the back of the spoon. Allow to set for a few hours (or overnight).

Store in a single layer (or place in candy paper cups).
