Menu Plan

Alrighty! I am trying to get into Menu Planning again… it is SO much easier (not to mention WAY more cost effective) when I make a list ahead of time, grocery shop ONE time and then have no-think meals planned all week! Below is my plan for this week (a day late, but oh well!)! I like to make my grocery list below each meal plan – super helpful when it comes time to hit up Publix!

TUESDAY: Lemon Garlic Grilled Fish

  • Tilapia
  • Spinach Orzo
    • Orzo
    • Spinach
    • Lemon
    • Feta

WEDNESDAY: Grilled Chicken Fajitas

  • Chicken in Fajita Seasoning
  • Peppers
  • Onions
  • Cheese
  • Lettuce
  • SC
  • Black Olives
  • Pico de Gallo
    • Tomato
    • Onion
    • Cilantro
    • Jalapeno
    • Lime
  • Flour Tortillas
  • Black Beans & Rice

THURSDAY:  Grilled Mexican Pizza

  • Pizza Dough
  • Use leftover fajita Chicken & Toppings
  • Corn

FRIDAY: Dinner out with Bruce & Ken

WEEKEND COOKING:

CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD

  • Celery
  • Grapes
  • Apples
  • HOMEMADE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

    I do the same thing! I’m also super anal and organize my list by section of the grocery store. It definitely helps save time and money! I also plan to make 1-2 big batches of something for lunch that my boyfriend and I eat all week.
