Welcome back to cocktail Friday… here is the hubs with the last margarita to wrap up this glorious “margarita month”:
Hi folks, and Happy Friday. There’s no better day for Tina and me. Today marks the end of July Fridays and the end of Margarita month, but I can promise you it’s definitely not the end of margarita recipes on Cocktail Fridays. I wanted something that really felt like a summer treat. When we’re playing outdoors, Tina loves anything sweet and cold. Her beautiful eyes light up at the sight of shaved ices and limeades. And she LOVES her slushy delights flavored with cherry.
Margarita Month Installment 5: The Cherry Lime Margarita gives grown ups a reason to stain their mouths, teeth and tongues bright red.
Previous Margaritas this Month:
This drink is so pretty and really takes me back to youthful days of brain freezes. Sipping this drink MAKES you want to be outside. Someone should sell these at fairs or zoos for the “big kids”. The sweet cherries deliver rich, sweet flavor and the lime is light, fresh and well, absolutely perfect!
Enjoy this sweet and tangy summer cocktail before summer is long gone!
Cheers!
