Super Bowl Eats & Super Bowl Squares

It’s THAT time of the year… SUPER BOWL!!! I flipping LOVE the Super Bowl.

Why… Because of the game?

Nope. I could care less! (GASP – i know, right?!)

It’s because of the FOOOD. The Super Bowl just SCREAAAAMMMS “Finger Foods”. Yes, I have professed my love for finger foods again and again. It’s a fact.

Oh, and also – we get to play Super Bowl Squares!!!!! (It makes me SEEM interested in the game hah… when in reality it’s just me playing a game!) Never played Super Bowl Squares?? OHHHHH you are MISSING OUT!

I created a printable so you guys can play too! It’s easy (there is absolutely NO skill involved- just pure luck) It’s WAY FUN!

  • Super Bowl Squares Blank Printable (Click the link – then click the other link & it’ll come up)
  • You can play for cash! For instance if 10 people play and everyone pays 5 dollars – typically quarters 1-3 winnings are $10 each and the FINAL score winner gets $20.
  • Another way to play is with your spouse/significant other by wagering chores and treats! See sample HERE (PS: I seriously did this at random and didn’t mean to have myself win every round of the hypothetical game! hah)

Now for the good part: some of my FAVORITE game day treats!!!

I’m a supper fan of finger food too! I’ve searched and prepared some of the recipes you have posted (all have turned out lovely BTW…) Anyhow I’ve never seen before the Buffalo Chicken Dip probably because when I confused the pic with the Hot Bean Dip… Definitely would be preparing it soon!!!

Hi Tina! How long do the crispy onion straws stay crispy after you fry them? I would love to bring them to the Superbowl party I am going to, but I don’t want them to get soggy in transit. What do you think?

So many delicious looking delights! Drool factor 5 right there! Each looks better than the last! I suppose if you are turning out treats like this, missing the game is acceptable ;) Nicely done!
