Pretzel Crusted Honey Mustard Chicken
Yield: 4 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Easy crispy honey mustard chicken that will knock your socks off!
Ingredients:
For the Honey Mustard:
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup Grey Poupon dijon mustardFor the Chicken:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4"-1/8" thick
1 1/2 cups crushed pretzelsDirections:
For the Honey Mustard:
Whisk together ingredients until completely combined. Set aside until ready to use.For the Chicken:
Preheat oven to 400° F. Set a oven-safe cooling rack over a baking sheet and spray with non-stick cooking spray.Place crushed pretzels into a shallow pie plate. In another pie plate, place 1/2-2/3 cups of the honey mustard (reserving the rest for serving).
Dunk the chicken breasts (one at a time) in the honey mustard and then into the crushed pretzels, being sure that you coat the chicken well. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked completely and is no longer pink when cut into.
Serve hot with a side of honey mustard.
