My life via Instagram
Ya’ll already know of my love for Instagram! It’s kind of an obsession… hah However, it’s a great (and EASY) way to give family and friends a peek into what we’re up to on a daily basis.
Stop on by & follow me for a sneak peek into our life! 😉 (Username: mylifeasamrs)
WARNING: I post lots of photos of 1.) food 2.) my dogs 3.) the cutest niece in the world!
With all that being said, here’s a little taste of what’s been happening in my life lately (through the lens of my iphone):
{This kid is turning into a little mini-me & I LOVE it – loves to talk, loves food, loves chocolate. Enough said. }
{Plus she make hilarious faces when she gets excited. This photo kills. me.}
{my mom went on a cruise for 3 weeks so we had a 2nd Cavalier in the house}
{3 dogs in the house = a whole lot of this}
{3 dogs in the house also = one very jealous snuggly cavalier}
{Sleeping like that required morning runs to S-bucks… totally digging their new-ish blonde roast b/t/w}
{Oh, speaking of coffee – we discovered a new donut shop in town! Maple Bacon bar for hubs… S’Mores for me – UH.MAZ.ING}
{Maddie putting her cute vibes out there to try and get me to let her sleep in the bed ;)}
{Scripture I needed this week}
{we took the 3 dogs to o-town for an early mother’s day with mike’s mom on Saturday… Molly LOVED the pool}
{Maddie… not so much}
{When we got home, we continued working on our closet project… it’s getting there!}
{I even snagged some shades for our chandalier (only took 1 1/2 yrs to find them hah) at home depot of all places!}
{I made the BEST sandwich ever: Bacon Avacado Chicken Club with Garlic Basil Mayo!!!}
{and then some amazing breakfast pizza!}
{my coworker loaned me her pressure cooker and I made black beans from dried beans – bag to eating in 30 minutes… AMAZING. I used to be TERRIFIED of them exploding, but Nancita assured me that the new ones were fool-proof… SO GLAD she encouraged me to try it out. I’m obsessed… it cooks things SO. FAST. I actually just ordered myself one online – thinking of doing a pressure cooker video series for the weary… thoughts?!}
{and while I was testing out the pressure cooker… hubs was out on the porch bonding with this new grill. haha He had a Gander Mountain gift card for about a year and finally decided what he wanted to spend it on… this Kamado style grill – you can use it as a grill OR a smoker. Pretty cool. Hubs was like a little kid. LOVE. IT.}
And I’ll leave you with ONE last photo, because I can’t help myself (technically I didn’t take this, but I couldn’t help reposting it!!!)
{I mean, SERIOUSLY?!!! This. kid. kills. me! So much cuteness!}

Though I follow you on Instagram….I loved this post!!! Your niece is adorable…but you knew that. Love that it took your hubby a year to decide on his gift card purchase…that is SO me!
I’m totally stealing this idea to do a post like this once in awhile. GREAT idea!! 😉

My BF absolutely LOVES cavaliers! He would be jealous to know that you had two in your company for three weeks 😀

I LOVE all these dog photos! My dog gets jealous whenever there are other dogs around too : ) She’s spoiled though so it’s my own fault – sleeps in the bed under the covers with us at night. So bad…

I love me a pressure cooker! It took a while to think of it as a large pot with possibilities. Browning your proteins before presurizing is essential to building flavor. And you can make beans a thousand different ways with your PC. Happy cooking!

Ok, a couple of things.
1.) Thank you. Sometimes I forget just how powerful prayer can be. I needed that.
2.) I love your food. I hope I get to eat it someday.
3.) Seriously, i have a niece and I still think yours is cuter. LOL

Hi there! New reader here. Love the post – we are Cavalier owners too. Tanner is a black and tan and we just love him. Was that your big dog in the pics too (I’m thinking Lab?)? We also have a larger dog – a boxer. What a funny combination a big dog and little dog are!

Love your Cavs, would die for a tri-color (all Blenheims at my house)! My parents are now up to SIX cavaliers, total craziness!
