Cake Batter Pancakes (Pancake Party)

So yesterday I turned 25 (+ 1)… not to be confused with 26 (I’m so not ready to go there yet! haha).  Anyhow, Rachel (Rachel Cooks) is throwing a MONTH long pancake party (AWESOMENESS!!!) and I’m guest posting over there today with these Cake Batter Pancakes (Perfectly festive for a birthday celebration!)!     26!? You’re still a baby!! 😉 Happy bday, girl…I would verrrrry happy if I could turn 26 again (and we’d still be neighbors except this time we’d know it!)
