Casa Noble Review

So this post is a week over-due but last week was a weird week… we had to put our Boxer down on Monday. :( It was a very sad day but we know it was for the best. He was diagnosed with a brain tumor about 6 months ago and the tumor grew much faster than we anticipated – on Monday he lost all motor function and the ability to walk so we knew it was time. It was a tough decision, but the right decision.

So to keep this entire post from being a total DOWNER (lol), let’s get on to this Casa Noble Tequila review!

We had a few friends over for Cinco de Mayo last weekend to eat and try out their fabulous tequila! We did a taco bar for the main coarse but everyone loved the munching on the chips and dips. No tequila tasting party is complete without the classics:

Pico de Gallo & Corn Salsa:

Homemade tortilla chips:IMG_2313

Served up all pretty:

Guacamole of COARSE:

Easy Cheesy Bean Dip:

The Casa Noble Tequila tasting line-up (Blanco, Reposado, and Anejo):

Hubs mixed up some of his Classic Margaritas using the Blanco & Reposado tequila (Everyone LOVED them):

They were DIVINE… the perfect compliment to all our dippers! :) IMG_2314

We were all shocked at how SMOOTH the Blanco was Рit made one amazing Margarita. Then we tried them with the Reposado & the slight smokey flavor was an excellent addition! It was hard to choose a favorite!  Casa Noble is obviously a high-quality Tequila!

Then we stuffed our faces with a taco bar. I grilled up some chicken and skirt steak and had all the fixins for tacos…

My sister in-law brought some Tres Leches and Key Lime Pie for dessert so we served them with a nightcap of the Anejo (shaken over ice):

It was one fabulous evening and I HIGHLY recommend ANY and all of the Casa Noble Tequilas… you won’t be disappointed! :)

Note: the tequila and food was sponsored by Casa Noble Tequila… however, the opinions of this product are my own!

Your Cinco de Mayo feast looks fantastic. I’ll have to keep an eye out for that tequila.

Oh my goodness, I’m so sorry! Dogs are so special and I always find myself thinking that they should have longer lives than they do. Good thing you have a cute little lap dog to cuddle with and console you. Sending love your way!

I wish I lived in Florida, that taco & tequila tasting party sounds like my kinda meal! Also wish I lived closer to send you real hugs, instead of virtual ones. Sorry about your pup :( xoxo

Sorry to hear about your pup. We lost our first dog to lymphoma last year 2 months after he was diagnosed. Such a hard time.

It looks like you had quite the spread for Cinco de Mayo!

Wow! Can I come over next time? Those are all my favorite foods! Looks like you had a great time.

Sorry to hear about your doggie. I’m sure he’s having a big time frolicking with other doggies across the Rainbow Bridge.
