Outback House Salad

I love Outback. I do. It’s a guilty Pleasure of mine. I have to say the two things I look forward to most are their Cheese Fries (with AMAZING Garlic Ranch dip) and their House Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing (YUM). What makes this salad particularly incredible are two things: 1.) the dressing (my most favorite honey mustard ever) and 2.) the croutons. Oh man are the croutons good.

Anyhow, I was craving the salad this week and decided to do a little google research and see if I could find some copycat recipes. I hit the gold mine! Recipes for: Honey Mustard, Garlic Ranch Dressing, and the Buttery Garlic Croutons. None of which are remotely diet friendly. However, I feel that sometimes you just have to eat some “bad” (but oh so good) food. It’s all about moderation people (although that’s a little hypocritical to say considering the massive amounts of honey mustard I’ve consumed this weekend!) haha

I am absolutely addicted to the tangy tomato dressing. You can make it low fat by just leaving out the oil. I can’t wait to make the croutons!
