Menu Plan (day late)

Here’s the plan for this week…

Oven Roasted Balsamic Chicken over Tomato Basil Pasta… I’m sort of just winging this one (trying to copycat the tomato basil pasta at Cheesecake Factory). My basil plant is growing like crazy so I need to use some up! Anyhow, for the pasta, you can’t go wrong with Ingredients like these:

  • Tomatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • Basil
  • Fresh Mozzerella

Wednesday: Grilled Chicken Fajitas with Peppers & Onions

Thursday: Dinner with the Scharmann’s for GRANDPARENTS (who visiting from Ohio)!!!!

Friday: Left overs of some sort or throw together some Breakfast for Dinner…

Saturday: Herb Roasted Chicken over a new pasta dish I made up that is killer! Mike keeps asking for it. I’ll take pics this time around and post the recipe. It’s a creamy lemony mushroom pasta with the below ingredients:

  • Mushrooms
  • Lemon
  • Butter/Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • White Wine
  • Capers
  • Cream
  • and I may add some Artichoke hearts and spinach this time around
