3 tsps Hot Sauce
2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
4 TBS Cajun Seasoning
2 TBS Dried Parsley
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup Diced Onion
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Eggs

2 Cups BBQ Sauce of your choice
2 Cups Peach or Apricot Jam
2 TBS Brown Sugar
Dash of Cayenne

Directions:

For the Meatballs:
Preheat oven to 350° and spray a cookie sheet (or 2) with non-stick spray. Mix all meatball ingredients together and form into golf ball sized balls. Place on greased cookie sheet about a half inch apart. Bake for 30-40 minutes (until cooked through).

For the Sauce:
Mix ingredients together and heat in a medium sauce pan. Once hot, toss with cooked meatballs and serve.

TIP: Make the meatballs and the sauce the day before and refrigerate. On the day of your party throw the meatballs into a Crockpot, and then pour the sauce over them. Heat on low for a few hours until ready to serve!
