Mango Kiwi Salsa

Hey there! See, I told you I’d be back with some recipes this week! 😉 We are slowly but surely getting back into our “normal” routine. Thanks again to everyone for their kind words and prayers that we have continually received. We are SO thankful.

Anyhow, back. to. the. food. This recipe, my friends, is a GOOD one. I can’t actually take credit for this, as it’s really a Hubs’ concoction (I just put a few finishing touches on it).

We made this to top our coconut plantain crusted fish last night (Recipe coming TOMORROW… and trust me, you will want to come back for this one!!). MAN let me tell you, it was heav-en-ly.

Double this recipe… you’ll want to dip your chips in it, top your fish with it, top your chicken with it, or just stick your spoon right in it! hah Seriously though.

So glad you’re back! I cannot wait for the plantain chicken recipe – I love coconut and this salsa sounds like the perfect accompaniment.

Normal can be over rated. Better to just go with what you know – go with the flow.

Your salsa, however, is at least 4 stars — maybe 5!

This looks delicious! I’ve made a mango-pineapple salsa before, but I’d love to try this one with the kiwi, too. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

I’ve made a mango salsa before and tinu chopped fruit salad using both, but absolutely love the idea of adding kiwi to a salsa served with savoury dishes or flatbreads! Perfection!
