MY favorite Recipes from 2011
My favorite recipes from 2011 that didn’t make yesterday’s list & I think deserve a little love 😉
In no particular order:
Liege Waffles: buying the special sugar on amazon is WORTH. IT. Oh my gosh, best waffles of my life. Won’t ever ever be topped!
Crispy Onion Straws: Crispy Salty PERFECTION!!!
Bacon and Cheddar Potato Skin Poppers: little bites of joy! These things vanish like magic! 😉
Kalamata Olive Tapenade: A now favorite spread of ours! Salty goodness! mmm.
Mushroom, Garlic, and Parmesan Flatbread: This was ADDICTING. Crispy, light, DELISH!
Pesto Ricotta and Cherry Tomato Pizza: best pizza I’ve ever made. EVER. SOOO good.
Apple, Bacon, and Gouda Pizza: a sweet and savory pizza that will knock your socks off!!!
Crispy Shrimp Tacos: Oh. MAN.
BBQ Brie Wraps: One of my favorite unique flavor combinations!!
Sweet Potato Crusted Fish: A re-creation of my favorite meal out!
Hawaii 5-0 Burger: Sweet, Salty, Savory… oh baby!
Aloha Dog: This bacon wrapped hot dog was E.P.I.C.!
Frozen Strawberry Mojito: LOVED it (almost as much as I love margaritas… and that says somethin’ folks!)
Cranberry Pomegranate Margarita: The margarita is my cocktail of choice and this particular one holds my #1 spot!
Strawberry Sour Cream Ice Cream: Sounds bizarre, but absolutely INCREDIBLE. I wasn’t a fan of strawberry ice cream until this recipe came around…
