Easy 3 Ingredient Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Bites
I just got in last night from BlogHer Food in Austin and holy smokes was it F.U.N. Jessica, Lauren, and I were all sponsored by the lovely people of Pretzel Crisps & boy did we have a great time of networking and EATING. I’m so full I can’t even talk about it! hahaย I legit only want to eat salads for a week. I say that today, but then I’m looking at the photos of these Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Bites that I made last week & am pretty sure I wouldn’t turn one of these down if I had them in the house. ๐
Just saying…
Hmm I think I still have extra of all of the ingredients as well – I mean it’s only 3 things!!!!! It doesn’t get easier.
Okay, so tell me you guys are all on Pinterest. It’s super addicting & makes you feel like the most uncreative person ever… but other than that it’s really great! ๐ Anyhow, if you’ve been surfing Pinterest for any amount of time you’ve seen the little square pretzel’s topped with hershey kisses & hugs (the white chocolate ones). You know which one’s I mean.
Well, a friend of ours brought them to small group but in some used Rolo’s instead. Yah. UH-MAZING.
Chocolate covered Caramels + Pretzels = Sweet & Salty goodness
They literally taste JUST like myย chocolate & caramel coated pretzel rod’sย which my sister in-law and I vowed to never make again! Long story but we had a massive bake-fest one year and we were ready to just scream at how obnoxiously messy and painful they were to make! We said NEVER. AGAIN. and 2 1/2 years later we have yet to try them again! Yah, we were SERIOUS about that.
Well, good news for us (and for you) – these little crispy bites made with Pretzel Crisps are so darn easy! You could even get the kids involved with this one! The bake time is literally 1 1/2 – 2 minutes! So as quickly as you can lay out the Pretzel Crisps on a cookie sheet & unwrap the Rolo’s is as fast as you can get these in your mouth.
Ready. Set. GO!
Disclaimer: Pretzel Crisps provided me with the Pretzels for this post, however the opinions of this product are my own.

Easy 3 Ingredient Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Bites
Salty, Caramely, Chocolately Crispy bites!
Ingredients:
1 bag Original Pretzel Crisps
1 bag Rolos
1 bag plain M&M'sDirections:
Preheat oven to 350ยบF.
Lay the Pretzel Crisps out on the baking sheet (salted side up), being sure they don't overlap. Unwrap enough Rolos (1 per Pretzel Crisp) and place them in the center of each Pretzel Crisp (see below image). Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2-2 minutes until Rolos are glistening (soft but not a melted puddle). Gently press an m&m into the center of each Rolo and press down to "smoosh" the soft Rolo. Allow to cool and set before serving. May use the refrigerator to speed up the process.

I never would have thought to use pretzel crisps for this – genius! I love how much crispier they are than regular pretzels (that’s the point, right? ๐ )
